Welcome to my web site. I have been an attorney for over 30 years. I served 20 years in the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office in which I handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases. I held the positions of Senior and Principal Trial Attorney, Chief of Warrants Division, and Chief of Legal Operations. I handled civil actions dealing with environmental law, including the Stablex Landfill Litigation, voter fraud, nuisance abatement, and injunctive actions.
For the past 12 years I have operated a private practice as an attorney and counselor at law with offices in Clarkston and Lapeer. I have specialized in criminal law cases, civil litigation, business law, contract law, torts, probate matters, and landlord and tenant law.
